Ability to assign actions to individuals and not just companies/organisations. An ability to then be able to use the filters on the tablet to view only the actions that you have outstanding (website would also require this). A lot of work in AU is self-delivery, especially in the rail space so we tend to work more in Workpacks than Trade Packages and the only way round this currently is to set individual people up as their own Trade Package which is far from Ideal.

Assigning tasks to a group is not ideal. Assigning tasks to individuals ensures that there is a level of accountability. Especially on a construction site, team members need clear direction including who is responsible of the closer of each task.

I can appreciate what you are trying to do but in order to have individuals assigned there would be an immense amount of rewrite for the software. As you stated it isn't ideal but creating a package for an individual is the work around. The intent is to allow for a group of people to work on a task. Because we have initiatives that benefit more people I am declining this suggestion.

Agreed - Further there should not be a requirement to set up existing users from the internal organisation user group into a new 'Package' to be able to do this.
Insert conditional fields that link a drop down of people (users) to the Organisation that is selected as a master list. This field should be available to all forms and within all tasks. This function would be useful for all sorts of applications in inspection and consultation settings.

We really need this for H&S related tasks, it's not sufficient to assign it to an organisation, we need to able to select an individual designated to close the action when creating it, and they then need to be alerted
