Working on a busy construction project it is hard to keep track of all forms / tasks with expiration times etc. If the software could alert when a form is about to expire it would help a lot

A reminder function is needed on each task assigned to subcontractor when it "coming to due" and "after due".
I'm expecting this function shall be make available especially when significant number of tasks being assigned and no follow reminder being prompted to the actioned.
Many other similar software already have this "reminder function" to ease the performance tracking on subcontractor (on meeting due date KPI). Please make immediate improvement on this functionality.

I believe what you are asking for is scheduling when something is due. We are working on scheduling forms in phases and are currently working on the assignee and due date.
However, your ask is for both tasks and forms so I'd like to break this into two different asks and use this Suggestion List to review the work for Forms and what we could potentially reuse for Task.
