We want to use the Tasks to manage Customer Care Calls but at present to enable us to reassign tasks to subbies and yet still allow a customer to create a call on the web site we need all Work Packages active.
We would like to set by organisation which work package can be selectable. In this case it would only ever be a single work package to assign tasks to Beard.
