Ability to assign tasks to specific individuals

It would be useful to be able to assign tasks to specific users to improve accountability for tasks. This would be especially useful when raising tasks for internal staff members. Individuals would be sent notifications within the system (not emails) to close them out.

    We really need to consider un not-implementing this! There is multiple questions asking for this same functionality! This is what HCSS does

    Great suggestion. The work around for the time being is creating a package with an individual's email address. The longer term solution is having the ability to assign a task, similar to the current work we are working on for scheduled forms. This is not currently targeted on the roadmap but we will put this in the backlog for a review.

    Another point is many organizations are departmentalized so a task that is raised needs to go to different people within a Package / organization. So, the task form needs to allow selection of the organization and the person. If you are talking to large MEP contractors this is critical.
