Where mandatory questions are added to a form template
Can the system either hyperlink/jump to specific mandatory questions unanswered when trying to close a form?
or alternatively list the question numbers on the form to prompt main contractor to review where questions are not complete.

Highlighting unanswered questions on a form is standard practice and definitely needs to be incorporated into Field View functionality.
