Currently, if a process template is added to a project, and that template has form templates associated with it, there is no check as to whether the form template has been added to the project. In the case where the form template is not added to the project, the process allows the form to be raised, even though it's not on the project (this bit is probably a bug ;) ).
It could be that an alternative project specific version of the form was added but the process task was not amended to reflect it. Thus the required form never gets used as part of the process.
It would be useful if when setting up the process on the project that a form check is carried out automatically before the process is allowed to be assigned to locations.
