There are many scenarios in form filling where a picked answer in question 1 needs to pre-populate a defined list of possible answers in Question 2 and the answer in question 2 defines the prepopulated list for question 3 and so on so to control the overall question set output.
This is a function regularly seen in web forms and surveys but disappointingly is not currently available in Fieldview. In our particular use case we need to firstly select a Programme, then a Subcontractor, then a Scope. The selections at each stage have to be correct and controlled otherwise the reporting on these forms will make no sense or will break. We have looked into nested PDLs but this only guides rather than forces the user to make the correct selections.
Suggestion: enable linking of predefined answer lists to include logic to force the correct sequence of answers, i.e. Q2 and 3 are greyed out until Q1 is answered, Q3 is greyed out until Q2 is answered.

We definitely needs this new function to avoid wasting time to find the right contact in these too long lists.
It is well known within Surveillance that the QCFC & Fieldview use on the tablets is not the best, not easy and very, very un-user friendly.
By having boxes that are greyed out in a set sequence is by far a better process than having boxes that are missed and having to revert back, which wastes huge amounts of time.
So yes, I am in favour
