Cut down on the waste of paper printing off reports with room and photos. The floor plan is small on one full page and the snag item on another. This means 2 A4 pages if only 1 snag has been identified in a single room.

There definitely is room for improvement on reporting. I'm grouping this suggestion with another similar one.

I agree - photographs should definitely be grouped together, if there are more than one for each question to save space on the report and to save paper resources.

I had to create a macro, which we distributed to each site and to Head Office users to be used with the tasks lists exported from FV Classic into excel. The macro automatically hides columns and sets the page settings for printing, by using a simple short cut key the exported task list is ready for printing (no one has to fiddle with the excel sheet). The downside is that there is no photos or plan view.

I can't believe this is still the case, likewise I have complained of the same thing. In its current format the report is useless. I've reverted to doing screen shots of each plan then having to print them as pictures. The exporting the task list to XL removing the 15 useless columns then printing it as a list. hugely inefficient

I have recently had the question from a number of sub contractors, "Why are we sending them such large reports with so many pages when there are only a few snags". The amount of white space generated gives the impression of a large report when in fact it is just a lot of white pace.
Can the reports be configured to use the space efficiently adding the photos or comments on the same page as the plan if the plan takes only half of the page. A lot of the tasks look as if they would fit on a single page.
