Processes are very useful, but have their limitations when it comes to Quality Assurance. The ‘Process Sign off Sheet Report’ comes close to allowing Quality Assurance reports to be printed off, however they miss a lot of important data and information which is recorded in processes input by users such as comments and photos.
During audits, we have found demonstrating our Quality Assurance to auditors through FieldView Processes to be a bit disjointed/clunky and as a result we have not looked very professional.
It would be extremely beneficial to users and therefore companies if the ‘Process Sign off Sheet Report’ could include photos and comments.
This could work by allowing users to click boxes which allowed the options “View Photos” in report and “View Comments” in report.

I agree, if you are able to add a photo on a process this should be pulled through on a report.
I agree, all process sign off sheets should highlight a hyperlink to an attached form also uploaded, as it will only generate forms assigned to the process. We look loose without this option when demonstrating to auditors.
