On an android device when you go to a process task there 3 dots on the side that give you 4 options
1. Add Photos 2. Add Comments 3. Add Tasks 4. Add Form ?(If one is associated)
When any of the above are used they're now available to view in the New Fieldview website but you cant get that information. You cant export them or report on them. That information is lost in limbo. It hovers between the process task and a form.
Either the option for adding anything on a process task is removed or you allow us to properly report on it and export the information.

Agreed, this information should be included in the Process sign off sheet, including any signatures required by changes in status.
