'comments' to appear on Process reports Merged

Ability for the Process Sign Off sheet report to have an extra column in which details any comments and hyperlinks that have been added to process tasks.

    I agree, this would be very useful. Photo's should also be included in the report.

    This is an issue we constantly face on our project.

    It is causing issues with our client as they have access to our projects to be able to inspect the works, they comment or add photos to tasks (steps) but these are not displayed on the report.

    I agree with Gillan - there should be an extra column on the process report.

    Or - if comments/photos/documents are not being displayed on the sign off sheet I believe the option shouldn't be there at all.
