Ability to delete form templates at BU level Merged

Some of the form templates are created, used on the project and then realised that they are not really working, however cannot be deleted from the system even though they were unassigned from a project. Over the time having new projects, experimenting and perfecting form templates the amount of spam forms can increase significantly and it becomes quite a challenge to plough through them until correct form is found. From tidy house keeping point of view, ability to delete from templates is necessary.
