Include Form Title in the | Submit Your Suggestions For Field View

Include Form Title in the distribution emails

I use the Form Location as the form title. Would be really handy to have the title available when emailed as currently all the forms are the same and I have to go into each one when I am looking for something and it can get confusing

would be VERY useful to make the form title the email subject

The long title as shown below is NOT useful to our clients

would be very useful when distributing/bulk to export pdf to have the .PDF files as template name and location(i.e. Underfloor heating Pressure test - G-04-23 or Apartment Acceptance - G-22-121) and without the form number. thank you

Having the flexibility of choice for what the email titles would be is key. Different forms need different information in each title.

The title of the form would be useful. For example we make some forms take gang names as title. Would then be easier to search. Date may also be useful.

Hi Denise,

I would like to see the PDF name configurable. For example, I don’t want the project name in my PDF name, but some clients might want that.

I would want the following fields in the title:

* Form Name (example, Daily Report)
* Form Title (this is the field in the form that is marked as Form Title; example, Report Date)
* Form Instance Number

Ideally, I would like this to be configurable at the Project and Form level.

Hi. I'm looking to gather additional information on this suggestion. Currently, when a Form is emailed the PDF name contains Project name, Form Instance #, and Form Name. It makes sense that adding Form Location after project name would be helpful. Is this the request?
