Scheduling of tasks and form completion

We use forms that are required to be completed at regular intervals (LOLER Inspections , Safe Starts , Weekly plant inspections for MEWPS) would be great if you could apply a calendar rule so that it advised the responsible person to complete and could be easily monitored remotley

  To show when the deadline has been missed would be great too. Like a red exclamation mark to appear on the screen when they first log in.

  We understood this function was already in place when we agreed to purchase.  Is there any timeframe on this?  I think some of your people think it's there already too.  Thanks.

  We are working through the next phase of scheduled forms to focus on the reporting and the assignees.  Tasks is however still in exploratory stages.

  Although Scheduled Forms are now available, they can't be used in the field... Which sort of defeats the objective of Field View!

  It is easy to configure the schedule and the distribution list, but the link in the email will only work if the recipient is using the web app and not the mobile app.

  If the app was adjusted to be able to accept command line arguments, then this could be a way to pass the unique identifier of the created form to the app to bring up the form for completion.

  There is currently no option to search and create a report for a specific contractor that have been entered into Site Diary forms, instead of opening each site dairy and scrolling through the dairy to find a specific contractor along with the description and number of operatives onsite, the report should abstract all of these specific contractors from all of the site dairy’s dates selected.   Allow scheduling of forms - assign daily / weekly forms to a user or group Merged

  When we purchased the system it was agreed that this function would be enabled prior to our 'Go live'. It hasn't happened.

  Forms have a deadline, feature use to be on Fieldview but got taken off. Merged

  Reminds managers of what forms they have created and when they need to be done for. Not an urgent feature to re-implement but it would be very useful.
