Currently in Field View, you are only able to schedule a form once the form has been raised on a particular project. You can only schedule THAT iteration of the form.
So, if you have a project where you would like to schedule a Weekly Project Report, you would have to raise the forms first and then add the schedule. This is not efficient or productive, especially when the amount of projects is taken into consideration.
The ability to schedule forms, in a similar way to the distribution of forms would be great - You can set up an auto distribution on the Form Configuration Page for the entire Business Unit and you can also set up an auto distribution for that particular Form Name on the Project. To be able to do the same with Scheduling of forms would make life so much easier.

I'm going to combine this then based on the confirmation so it is easier for you all to see the progress. As far as timing you will be able to see the request go from planning to when it is actively being worked on with a developer(s) that will be the best indication of timing.

In principle then yes this could be combined. We will require the ability to make a number of daily forms mandatory (certain inspections) and be able to see when / if these have been done on the dashboard – in essence, if we require 6 plant inspections to be carried out, we would expect to see how many have been completed against that benchmark of 6. We will be tasking people with these forms at the start of the project + as works progress.
As far as timescales are concerned, what does ‘planned’ constitute? My directors have been asking due to the fact that we were informed during our consultation period with Viewpoint that it would be live before we were ready to deploy. It would be helpful for me to be able to give an indication (no exact date required).

Hmm. Not sure why. We are currently planning on this work to add the ability to schedule forms and tasks, and to set up notifications.
