At the moment the system only allows granting/denying rights on a given status for specific roles.
It would be very helpful if there was a possibility to enable any given status as "Lock status" which would close the form template and not allow anyone, even roles who have rights to set this X status ("Lock status") to change the status of the form to any other status.
A separate menu should allow BU Admins to set up which roles have higher rights to change the status of a form even if that is a "Lock status".
This would would be a valuable update because right now there is no guarantee that all forms that were set to a "Complete" status and must stay so, are not changed back to an "In Progress" status where answers can be changed.
