It is now very useful that we can change the status of a form and this prompts the process step status, however, this is only possible once per status change.
Generally forms have more than one status, same for process steps. When a form status is changed to 'Complete' and the process step is also changed to a 'Complete' status, if for any reason you need to reopen the form to edit it you have to change back to e.g. 'In progress', however this change does not trigger a prompt to change the status of the process step.
This only comes to surface at the review stage, when the process step change date is prior to the form status change date
Therefore, please implement a process status prompt every time the status of a form is changed.
