On the tablet we are unable to save change process until an Actual Start and Actual Finish date have been entered.
Refer to the attached screenshot.
When setting up the workflow we must have an actual start and finish date.
But we don’t need this completed until the task status is Complete. If we want to manually enter a "Actual Start Date" then without an Actual Finish date, then we cannot save the task. i.e. we need to note that a task was started yesterday, and is currently in progress.
Please can you amend this to improve the functionality of Process Tasks.

If you make the start dates and finish dates are made not visible then this resolves the issue. We are however, looking at enhancements to processes to make them more user friendly.
