Currently if the status of a form is changed and said form is associated to a process task; the aforementioned process task has to be manually updated. It would save a lot of time if the status of a process task was to automatically change to reflect the associated form.

Hi Seye what would your thoughts be on the linking of the workflows? so the task workflow would have to match the form workflow in order to make match the status change from form to task.
The other option would be that the status of the task is controlled by the final status of the form, so it would not matter if they match, it only triggers to close the task if the form is closed.
