Most modern data capture tools allow you to report on the data granularly. The attached dashboard shows some dummy data for visual assistance.
Running the Analyse option in Field View Classic is very cumbersome and time consuming. It would be great to have various analytic options in the new Field View served up as Widgets in the Dashboard.
For example, when inspecting sites, you could see the Poorest performing sites based off the score of a report. Another option would be to see recurring answers within questions. This info would give you actionable insights and show you potential risks.
I am aware you recommend customers to reach out to external companies for analytics services but these cost more than Field View itself. Cheaper solutions offer these analytics out of the box.
As a middle ground I would suggest some tutorials on the support site to assist linking the Field View databases to PowerBI or Excel as an example.
Its time to get with the present!
