Distribution List within a form can get untidy with names of deactivated users still appearing in the list and duplication of names, so this needs managing

Hi. I need some input on this. Is this suggestion referring to the on-demand Distribution that can be done on an individual form or is this about the Distribution List Business Setup? I am assuming the first, but thought I'd ask.
