The length and complexity of the new password is far too difficult and unrealistic, especially for the guys out on site. I am continuously getting complaints from our users over the complexity of their passwords.
Can we not have it as an option for the BU administrator to set whether or not we want to use this lengthy password or use the PIN based one. This is definitely a step back for field view, and not being able to choose the type of passwords you want to use is a hindrance.

I raised this suggestion under the title "Password complexity should be a customer defined setting" about 3 months ago and despite having 21 votes and 13 comments (at time of writing) it has been categorised as "will not implement". Hopefully this one will have more success.
