Please improve the calculation function to be able to include text items.
Specifically it would be good to be able to joint together the date and user name into a field and be able to have that as the title of the form. (and include that in the email subject.

Further investigation would it be possible to use Java or a similar scripting language in the calculation field. Which would open up a million possibilities.
