Improvements to Predefined answers

In large organisations, where there is a large number of predefined answers, it would be useful to be able to import and export predefined answers to an excel (or via the API).

    Is there a way to do this from a csv file? Most of us are not programmers.

    Hi Matthew - The API supports creating and updating Predefined Answer Groups (perhaps it didn't when you input this suggestion). Here is a link to documentation for the create API - https://fvdocs.viewpoint.com/Admin_web_topics/APIs/forms_services/r_AddSimplePredefinedAnswerItem.html and you should be able to see the other documents in the list on the right hand side.
