The export function in Assets > Asset/Location checks does not appear to export all the records and the spreadsheet does not return all the information regarding an Asset, e.g. Responsible Organisation, Drawing number, weight, Expires, Model, Drawing Number, attachments (forms, Form IDs, Comments, photos, and Task IDs, Processes and Process ID).

The assets functionality could really do with an update. We would particularly like to see the ability to bulk export photos/reports the same as is available for forms.

A further enhancement to the above would be if we could pre-populate the fields Matthew describes, or to add additional fields by means of a COBIe import from the model.
