We need to be able to see on the tablet, who signed a part of the form on the web. If someone signs off part of a permit whilst in the office,it shows "signed on FV website" when viewed on a tablet - the guys using the tablets need to be able to see who the person was that signed the form (to check it was the correct person for example).
without this function we are unable to use certain permits and this is inhibiting the uptake of FV, as if some permits have to be in paper, then the guys just think they all might as well be paper.
MVP - need the name of the person signing a form on web to display on the tablet once synched
