'Caused By' filter in tasks/forms reporting

'Caused by' filter would be very useful and helpful when producing task reports. Adding this filter would help to issue reports to companies which the snag/task was caused by

    we would like a simple report which will show the Fieldview reference, images, date created, status, date closed, etc. crucially what we need is the ability to filter it down to party responsible so we can send an individual report to each Sub-Contractor. Currently we can do all those things but are not able to generate a report which filters it to the responsible party which makes the data impossible for us to use without sending everyone a document containing thousands of items which are not applicable to them
