Need to be able to stipulate the name of report when printed to pdf - not just have the generic name of form (they all look the same if you have multiple instances of the form - the unique identifier is pretty useless.). Ideally this needs to be BS1192 compliant. We could have 35 pile record check sheet, all distributed to VfP, and they are all named the same. How do we find stuff? We should be implementing our naming convention from the relevant VfP project for forms for that project from FV.

Over the last 2 weeks you have sent out these updates on 5 suggestions. This one is really important to us.
I’m unclear what ‘likely but not yet planned’ means. You sent some more last week that were ‘in review’.
Can you be more specific, give an idea of timescales, how many are in the queue ahead of each one etc.
We have to use workarounds for this issue and it helps our planning if we have a bit more information.

We agree. There is suggestion to create a naming convention on forms so this would go beyond printing and extend to actually naming the form during usage as well. I'll combine it with this request and have our development team review.

This would be good for Blank Surveillances...because just looking at the list of surveillances, all look the same so we need a sub-title which suggests the topic of the blank surveillance.

need it now! we currently have 35 "Pile check sheet reports" that all look the same as a pdf, a lot of manual openign and renaming to get them ready for handover
