When creating a new form. It would improve operability on site to be able to only raise certain forms if you are in the correct location/folder. For example you should only be able to create a new Health & Safety Permit when you are in a Permit Folder. If you navigate to an alternative location, the option to create a permit should not be available.
We have many instances where forms have been created in the wrong location and it can be time consuming to change the location of a form once it has been created.

We recommend using the form categories/types to allow to filter for your specific business process. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate for specific business needs at this time. You may have already figured out a suitable work around as this suggestion is a bit old. We are working on getting through the backlog and respond in a more timely manner.

this would be extremely useful for limiting certain types of QA Verification checklists that can be raised. IE a Type 1 U-Ditch precast element can only have the Type 1 Verification checklist available for raising under the 'Quality Checks' Form type.
