Would like to have the ability to modify the email template that is sent with the Form and Task reports.

When you send a form email the subject line defaults to the form number and doesn't reference the project or location at all. People receiving these emails think they are getting spam.

I'd like more context so I can better understand what problem having a generic template causes. What needs to be edited on the email template for reports? What business problem does it solve for?
