When using the internet/web based version of Fieldview (though this point can also apply to the tablet based version as well) it would be nice to have a direct/one click option to create a (310-05) Site Diary. Considering we have to do this everyday and this is the most common option used by our site teams.

This already exists. It can't be added as tab but can be added in shortcuts menu.
