As people move from project to project it is hard to keep track ... This would ensure the right people on a project receive the notification
Example... I want the QS team to get a notification when 'this' form is complete. If It could be set at Business Level that at Status 'complete' on 'this' form all users with the role 'QS' on the project would receive the notification
