It would be useful to be able to report/filter what dowls closed by the contractor but reopened by the PC/ Client in bulk. .

There are lots of dowls that are closed but are not to the quality expected. When the dowl is reopened you cannot track the numbers quickly. This is useful for managers to confirm the contractor has a good quality and the correct people closing out dowls.

  So, if I understand this correctly you are asking for audit history on a task or other items so you can analyze a status that went from closed to reopen.  Recently we made an update the API that potentially would solve this problem.  http://fvdocs.viewpoint.com/Admin_web_topics/APIs/tasks_services/r_GetTaskAuditTrail.html

  Can you explain what you mean by dowl and where this is occurs on FV please so I can know whether it is worth voting for this?
