We need a basic signature field one that does not require the signee to be in the system or have a password.
Safety and Purchasing departments need this signature for labourers and delivery companies that are required to sign forms. If we inputted every person that came on site we would have thousands of users in the system.

Can we please have any update on this? This feature is very important for us especially with sign off of HSE and Quality Documentations which will involve other subcontractors and the builder.

Any update on this? This is really needed for users not in the system, nor do they need to be. This would be useful for labour in the field that need to sign off on Safety/Delivery/Quality forms, but don't have be to created in the system. Or, the ability to add people to the system via the form.

The option to include a signature field without having to select an organisation would be really useful - agree 100% with Lisa :-)

I think capturing the users name is important, perhaps the signature box should allow the user to add an organisation that is not yet in the project. that way all details for the user can be captured.
