Reduce Space of Database on device

We have ongoing/growing issues with Database size on the devices which is impacting on sync times and also in x1 instance exceeded the amount of space on a 16gb device.

With the amount of data being stored increasing would suggest that ViewPoint look into ways to reduce the size of the database on the device.

We have a number of users who need to access Multiple projects on devices who are also effected by this.

    In hindsight, set up the workflows, for forms and tasks so that when the form and task are closed / final / done they don't sync onto the tablets.  This allows the data base to remain at a manageable size.

    So FieldView how do we modify an existing workflow to allow that to happen?
