where you have multiple sections on forms, it would be good to limit who can fill in certain groups by their role. Especially for documents such as permits and Inspection Test Records. Currently you can do this through the website contributions section but this is extremely clunkey and would be much better if these rights could be assigned when building the templates.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Work is going on to lock permission on who can edit a form section/group. I meant to merge this with a similar Suggestion List item so you could see the progress.
It would be beneficial if certain roles could only see certain pages for a form. For Example an "Improvement Request" or Non Compliance Form. Page 1 is completed by the Employee, Page 2 Completed by the Office (not view able by Employee). Page 3 the result viewable by all?
Hi Betsie. Form level permissions would be a great start, so happy for you to combine and tackle that first. Amazing to start seeing some responses on here - thank you very much!
Hi Steve,
We will start with tackling the ability to set permissions at the form level and are currently reviewing this initiative with the development team. Do you want to keep this suggestion open for your peers to vote on as a separate initiative or can I combine it with the form level permissions?
Specifically, the ability to be able to specify form contribution rights at a project, form template, level, not individual form level.
