The ability to attach instructions, documents, drawings etc. to a form template. This would be helpful for our the field user to view safety drawings required by gov't, contract scopes of work, site details etc.

Is there any update on this?
The ability to have the option to"Insert Picture" while building a form is critical for compliance. SWMS must show the Risk Matrix and currently cannot. A drawing can be uploaded and have pins dropped but a picture can't be added, very restrictive.
Another request for this.
Denise,
Thanks for catching up on this.
I concur with Gillan regarding having an image in the form. There are a number examples where this would be useful.
With respect to instructions, documents, drawings etc., as you have said this has the potential to bloat the system. An alternative, and previously requested, being able to insert a working hyperlink in a form would go along way to resolving this issue.
Hyperlinks in Static Text Fields do not work on the Tablet
Denise, the image would not be an attachment but imbeded as a static picture in the form itself similar to the 'insert text' feature when building 'insert picture' would be the desired outcome. the ability to mark this picture up would also be desirable.
Hi. I'm sorry for the delay. I don't have an update on when we might deliver this, but I did speak to a couple engineers about it. Attaching a PDF or photo to a form template would mean any form instance created from this template would need to have the attachments available to it. We would need to come up with a way for all instances created from a template to share the attachments on mobile or we would be adding to the load that already goes through the sync engine. It is something we could do, but it is quite large and it hasn't bubbled to the top of the list yet. Let me know if I've misunderstood something.
Thank you, Denise Olsen
Yes!
Do we have any updates on this one?
We need to have the ability to insert images to form templates, perhaps using a variety of formats PDFs jpeg bitmap etc in the FORM DESIGNER so that the image is visible to those completing forms. This requirement is completely different from Ability to view PDF attachments made via website on Tablet which has now been marked shipped. Often we have guidelines containing images, diagrams, tables and other data useful to the user on site. Also would be handy for anyone designing a form that it could be personalised with logos, colours, documents, drawings etc.
