Whilst adding new answers to predefined lists, I realised, I am unable to add multiple entries at once.
I’ve just had an email send to me to add new references to one of our checksheets however there is roughly 200 new answers needing to be added.
If I was able to bulk upload a .csv or .xlsx file this would dramatically help to speed this process up.

You can do this but you need to go through the configuration page - Business Setup > Standards and Templates > Predefined Answers
