Submit Your Suggestions For Field View

The Configure Form Templates Menu in Business Setup lacks in filters and options to easily identify, compare or edit form templates details/permissions. A few more features added would improve a lot the experience for admins.

I suggest adding:

1. Start Date and Expiry Date to be added as columns visible without opening the Edit menu of forms templates which is very time-consuming especially when comparing a list of forms.

2. Active button like in PDA to be able to see Expired forms too so that we can check the period of time these were active.

3. Add Items per page button like on other menus to allow having more form templates on one page, this is very useful when you need to look at a long list of forms and would avoid having to go through several pages (this is often the case for us at Hinkley Point C).

4. Combine the Template Details tab with Permissions tab in one menu. This would be useful because currently when you are in the Permissions tab you cannot see the form template or version you are working on. Also, when you only need to check permission for a template it is painful to have to click on Edit, then wait for Template Details to load and only then click on Permissions, instead of being able to go straight to Permissions.

All of the above would be a massive step forward and help admins be more efficient and identify what is required a lot quicker. I really hope that you take this into consideration. Thank you!
