Can we have this as per the details that are on the FV user menu?
When a FV user is creating a FV form the name of the form freezes and is very useful if the FV user is scrolling at the bottom of the form.
As an Admin, especially when working on multiple forms at the same time, when we scroll down, the name of the form is not frozen which is not ideal as you need to go back all the time to check the name of the form/s.
It would also good to have an "i" button (information button below form reference) on the Form Designer and Preview menus where the version and the creation date of the form are displayed.

Great idea, and something that can probably be easily done given this principle is already applied in the user form menu!
This would be indeed very useful, especially when comparing different versions of a form template, because there is no other tool on FV to track changes on a given form template other than by manually checking the versions and it can get confusing as you scroll down and no longer have visibility of the form template name and version. Very good suggestion!
