Ability to copy process / Use process as a template

In exactly the same way that tasks / forms can be copied or used as templates for new tasks / forms - this would be very useful for processes

  This issue was cataloged quite some time ago, and we will be doing better on our response times in the future.  This feature currently exists but may not have been available at the time of the request.

  Copy Processes at project level Merged

  Ability to copy a process at project level, currently if you want to replicate a process with a different name then you have to rewrite the entire process out again which is unnecessarily time consuming.
