It would be useful if administrators had the ability to add user rights for individuals at a project level without having to create another role centrally. This way standard roles could be established for the business but where appropriate some additional access rights e.g. to be able to create a form, could be assigned locally. An example might be that normally we would not expect or require a client to create an inspection form, however there have been instances when this has been a requirement.
