The Bluestacks FV application is a great way of using FV on a laptop - mirrors a device and much faster than using the website to e.g. create / respond to forms and tasks. It is however not supported by the Field View helpdesk / dev team and there are one or two bugs including (1) inability to use keyboard for entering Task Description (works fine on all Form Text/memo fields) (2) Back button to exit a project does not work - always requires two clicks.
Use of Bluestacks is increasing as users don't always need (or have access to) a mobile device to use Field View. Hence the need for support and bugs to be fixed.

We agree, but unfortunately we can't make changes to Bluestacks since it isn't our product.
If you are using a Windows PC we recommend installing it for windows for the best experience possible.
