Being able to proxy in as users to ensure set up and configuration for roles is flawless from the offset. It allows administrator the option to test new items for different roles prior to rolling them out. It is also useful for resolving issues for people as you can proxy in to the system as they see it.
It is a useful tool on many other platforms and something that viewpoint/fieldview has been lacking for many years.
