In - Project Setup - Process Manager Setup - Process Setup

When creating or editing a process there is an option to define a Default Geometry Classification.  The process is not automatically assigned to existing geometries with the this classification, or new geometries. 

Please can you correct this bug such that:

• New geometries have processes assigned as specified in the process as default geometry classification

 

 

In addition when assigning a process in - Project Setup - Process Manager Setup - Assign Process To Geometry.

We select a geometry (or group of geometries)

We select a process the Choose Classification is then activated with the following results:

 

_ if we select a geometry classification then it does not assign the process to any geometries

_ if we select one of  the options from the bottom of a list the process is assigned to all relevant geometries regardless of classification

_ if we select one of  the options from the bottom of a list AND a geometry classification the process is assigned to all relevant geometries regardless of classification

 

 

I have identified the following behaviours with the options from the bottom of the list:

 

_ All Locations And Assets – assigns the process to all locations and assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Locations  – assigns the process to all locations regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Assets  – assigns the process to all assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Lowest Level Locations – assigns the process to all lowest level locations regardless of selection and default geometry;

_ All Lowest Level Assets  – assigns the process to all lowest level assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Selected Locations And Assets  – assigns the process to all selected locations and assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

 

Please can you correct this bug such that:

• When assigning processes the Choose Classification picker works as
• Geometry Classification is selected then the process will be assigned to only those locations selected which have the corresponding Geometry Classification and requires one of the bottom list items to be selected.

 _ All Locations And Assets – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all locations and assets regardless of locations and assets selection;

_ All Locations  – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all locations regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Assets  – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Lowest Level Locations – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all lowest level locations regardless of selection and default geometry;

_ All Lowest Level Assets  – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all lowest level assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;

_ All Selected Locations And Assets  – assigns the process with geometry classifications that match to all selected locations and assets regardless of locations and assets selection, geometry classification selected and default geometry;
