When accessing Task Information from both the excel spreadsheet export and the API not all task information is available. There is a need to be able to access this information for integration with other systems and for analysis. Specifically we need as a priority:
_ GPS location of the task for integration with GIS systems.
_ Form Reference number to allow cross referencing of the task to the form, needed for reference to action items that relate specifically to a permit.
The following is a list (I hope comprehensive) of fields relating to Tasks. Fields marked with an * are not available in the excel spreadsheet. Currently have not managed to get the API to extract Task Data, but from the WIKI page there are some fields marked with – which are not available from the API.
Please can you address as a matter of urgency.

Great suggestion Matthew, I contacted support with this request and received a less than adequate response to visit the enhancement request site! This is fundamental stuff, I need and should have out the box access to MY data not a few hand picked fields. Why do Forms have GPS fields available on the API and yet Tasks do not? There is no vision for companies like ours who are building common data environments and need to integrate source systems like Fieldview - currently this is proving a deal breaker for wider adoption. I'll post a new request for access to an Image table / api service in binary format linked back to task and formIDs so we can transfer and render rather than link to URLs
