When a task workflow status is changed, notify different users

I have generated a new workflow template and assigned it to a new task type.

Workflow is 'open' 'sub contractor complete' 'main contractor checked'.  In the communication plan i can set it up so when the task is assigned as 'open' , whoever it is 'issued to' gets the notification that they have a new task.  What i would like to further achieve is when the sub contractor marks it as 'sub contractor complete' i can set it up so our site guys get an alert notifying them.

 

This would be beneficial so save the site team time manually checking that the task has been carried out, especially with time specific tasks or at the end of the job when we are under a lot of pressure from the client.
