We are using the automatic distribution of forms to send them to both individuals and VFP. We're finding that although the photos are acceptable when viewed in Field View, they are of low quality in the emailed reports. Please could this be improved.

Any update on this? This isn't very professional when sending out the reports to clients.

Hi Denise, please could you accelerate delivery of the resolution to this issue. Fieldview reduces the resolution of the photos too much loosing a lot of the original quality, meaning what users thought were good photos are actually not, particularly when it comes to taking photos of documents in the field. I am getting increasing complaints about this problem. Perhaps continuous syncing could help by getting the bulk of the photo's quality into the cloud and leaving a webview resolution photo that takes less space on the device?

Hi. Now that we have moved photos to the cloud, we are hoping there are options for improving image quality. I can't make any promises on delivery but know this is on my radar and I would like to provide improvement in this area. Thank you

Having to do long winded fixes to get a decent quality of image to accompany our reports is a poor show. Come on an option to create in full resolution please its essential

Yes. When sending this to an owner of a project, this gives a very unprofessional image for us the contractor and for Viewpoint. We honestly cannot send pdfs out with pictures that are that blurry.
