It would be useful to have question advice appear on a form report or if this is not possible then at least have the ability to download a completed form as it is presented and not just as form report. We sometimes have key information in the question advice section which is completely removed from the form report

I am not sure if this is something you have considered but you can use the 'insert text' option and then leave the check box checked so that the static text displays in the report.
