All pins have the same number so it is impossible to find the correct form at the correct location. A dropbox with the description or form name would identify the form before the drawing / map disappears once the form opens.
Tapping the dropbox should open the form instead - much like Google maps when tapping the address of the Tesco's or restaurant one is looking for.
